Two things divide them instead. Whether the air pulse can change depth, and whether an insertable arm stimulates the G-spot at the same time. NEXT has depth only, DUO 2 has the arm only, and NEXT DUO has both.

NEXT runs on 3D Pleasure Air. Separate from the 14 levels of air-pulse intensity, a Climax Control button changes the depth of the pulse through settings 1, 2 and 3. You can keep the intensity where it is and drop the depth, or raise the depth on its own.
There is no insertable arm — the whole structure is built around clitoral stimulation. There is no vibration motor either. At 168g it is the lightest of the three, and it measures H 17.1 × W 5.3 × D 3.4 cm. The medium cap comes fitted and a small cap is in the box.
NEXT also has Autopilot: inside the intensity range you choose, the stimulation shifts unpredictably on its own. There are three ranges — Soft, Medium and Intense — covering levels 1 to 6, 6 to 11 and 9 to 14, and depth moves between 1 and 3 in all of them.
Five colours: Sage, Black, Dusky Pink, Dark Purple and Bordeaux.
DUO 2 and NEXT DUO are dual-stimulation designs with an insertable arm. Air pulse at the clitoris and vibration at the G-spot, at the same time. The arm is curved, shaped for comfort on insertion.
On both, suction and vibration run on separate motors and adjust independently. Fourteen suction levels, fourteen vibration levels and ten vibration patterns, used together or one at a time. Running suction alone and bringing vibration in later works too.
Both also have Standby, which switches the device off after a period without input. The small cap comes fitted and a medium cap is in the box.
DUO 2 is the base version of this design. Pleasure Air intensity and arm vibration each have their own buttons, and a pattern button cycles through the ten vibration patterns. There is no depth control; stimulation is shaped along two axes, suction intensity and vibration.
Afterglow starts with one short press of the power button — after climax, instead of stopping, it brings the intensity down slowly.
It weighs 263g and measures H 20.2 × W 6 × D 7.1 cm, with an insertable section of H 10.4 × D 3.5 cm. Five colours: Lilac, Black, Petrol, Blueberry and Bordeaux.
NEXT DUO is the only one of the three with both depth control and an insertable arm. It takes NEXT's 3D Pleasure Air and adds arm vibration. The front +/− buttons set air-pulse intensity, the rear +/− buttons set arm vibration, and both run 14 levels.
The Climax Control button moves the air-pulse depth through 1, 2 and 3, and the rear button cycles the ten vibration patterns. Depth, intensity and vibration are three separate controls.
It weighs 276g and measures H 18.4 × W 5.6 × D 8.1 cm, with an insertable section of H 11 × D 3.4 cm. Three colours: Dark Purple, Black and Dusky Pink. The price is twenty thousand won above NEXT and DUO 2.

Material, waterproof rating, charging and warranty are identical on all three. So are the replaceable head cap, Smart Silence and Afterglow. Smart Silence runs the motor only while the head is against skin, cutting the noise the rest of the time; Afterglow brings the intensity down slowly after climax. All three share the Whisper Quiet build, which lowers the sound without lowering the output. Run time and noise level are not given as figures.
