The Duo 2 delivers air pulse (Pleasure Air) to the clitoris and vibration from the insertable arm to the G-spot at the same time. Air pulse and vibration sit on separate motors, so you control them independently — air pulse alone, vibration alone, or the two together. The Duo 2 has 14 air pulse levels, the widest range across all 11 Womanizer models (the Next Duo, Next and Premium 2 share the same 14 levels).

The stimulation head rests naturally against the clitoris, and the curved insertable arm is shaped for comfort on insertion. There are 10 vibration patterns, and each press of the pattern button moves to the next one.

Three convenience features sit on top. Smart Silence runs only when the head is against skin, so there is no unnecessary noise. Afterglow eases the intensity down slowly after orgasm, when everything is more sensitive, for a gentle finish. Left idle or low on battery, Standby powers the unit off on its own. The buttons are split between the two faces. On the front, the insertable-arm vibration buttons sit at the top with the pattern button below them; on the back, the power (Afterglow) button sits at the top with the air pulse intensity buttons below it. An LED in the round area at the bottom of the front shows the status.

1. Power on and off — hold the power button on the back for 2 seconds to switch on; hold it again to switch off.
2. Air pulse intensity — each short press of (+) or (-) on the back moves the Pleasure Air intensity one level, from 1 up to 14. Start low with the head resting lightly on the clitoris, then build up slowly.
3. Insertable-arm vibration — the (+)(-) buttons on the front set the vibration separately, across its own 14 levels. Air pulse and vibration each have their own buttons, so you can run just one of them.
4. Vibration patterns — each short press of the pattern button moves through the 10 vibration patterns in order.
5. Afterglow — while the device is on, 1 short press of the power button switches to Afterglow mode and the intensity eases down slowly.
6. Smart Silence and Standby — the head runs only on skin contact and stops when you lift it away. With no input for a while, or when the battery runs low, it powers down automatically.

1. Unplug the charging cable and switch the device off.
2. Take the head cap off, wash it in hot water and treat it with a toy cleaner. Spray cleaner into the pressure chamber you can see with the cap off and leave it for a moment.
3. Turn it on at the highest level and hold it in warm water for 1 minute. The running air waves push water through the chamber.
4. Lift it out, shake the water off gently and keep it running until you no longer hear water, then switch off and dry it with a cloth.
5. Once fully dry, refit the cap and store it in the pouch away from direct sunlight.
