The Next is IPX7 fully waterproof, and the official Womanizer method is to wash it switched on, submerged in warm water. The head cap detaches, so the cap and the body are washed separately.

Charging is magnetic USB. Always detach the cable before washing, and charge only once the device is dry.
All three share 14 air pulse levels, a replaceable head cap and Smart Silence — what separates them is what each one adds on top.
The Premium 2 costs ₩40,000 less and is air pulse only. The Premium 2 has the same 14 levels with Smart Silence and Autopilot, at 130g. The Premium 2 has no depth control, Climax Control, Afterglow or Whisper Quiet, and in their place has a Standby mode that powers the unit off when it is left idle. If you want to focus on air pulse alone, the Premium 2 fits; if you want to change how deep the sensation reaches, not just how strong, the Next fits.
The Next Duo costs ₩20,000 more and is a dual model. The Next Duo keeps the same 14 air pulse levels, 3 depth levels, Climax Control and Afterglow, and adds an insertable part with 14 vibration levels and 10 patterns, at 276g. The Next Duo has no Autopilot. The Next Duo suits you if you want insertable vibration in the same device; the Next suits you if you want clitoral air pulse alone with Autopilot's random patterns.
The Next is the air pulse + depth model: strength and depth are set separately, and it still carries Smart Silence, Autopilot and Afterglow together. If you want to fine-tune the texture of air pulse with no vibration motor, the Next is the one.
