The Premium 2 stimulates with air pulse (Pleasure Air) only, with no vibration motor. Suction and air waves carry precise, gentle sensation without the head pressing directly on skin. Intensity runs across 14 levels, the widest range among Womanizer's air-pulse-only models.
Three convenience features sit on top. Smart Silence runs only when the head is against skin, cutting unnecessary noise. Autopilot plays unpredictable random patterns within the intensity range you choose. Left idle or low on battery, Standby powers the unit off on its own.
The head cap comes in MEDIUM by default with a SMALL cap in the box, and a LARGE cap is sold separately. Cap size changes the pressure you feel, so pick the size that suits your body.

How to use the Womanizer Premium 2 — power, 14 levels, Autopilot
There are three controls: the power button on top, the Autopilot button just below it, and the (+)(-) intensity buttons in the middle. An LED on the upper side shows the status.
- Power on and off — hold the power button for 2 seconds to switch on; hold it again to switch off.
- Intensity — each short press of (+) or (-) moves one level, from 1 up to 14. Start low with the head resting lightly, then build up slowly.
- Smart Silence — hold (+) and (-) together for 2 seconds to switch it on or off. When on, the air waves start only on skin contact.
- Autopilot — hold the Autopilot button for 3 seconds to start. Each press cycles through 3 random patterns; hold for 3 seconds again to stop. It runs in Soft (1–6), Medium (6–11) or Intense (9–14) mode depending on the intensity range.
- Standby — with no input for a while, or when the battery runs low, it powers down automatically to save battery.

Cleaning, charging and storing the Womanizer Premium 2
The Premium 2 is IPX7 fully waterproof, and the official Womanizer method is to wash it switched on, submerged in warm water.
- Unplug the charging cable and switch the device off.
- Take the head cap off, rinse it in hot water and treat it with a toy cleaner.
- Switch the device on at the highest level and hold it in warm water for 1 minute. The running air waves push water through the chamber.
- Lift it out and keep it running until you no longer hear water, then switch off and dry it with a cloth.
- Once fully dry, refit the cap and store it in the pouch away from direct sunlight.

Charging is magnetic USB. Always detach the cable before washing, and charge only once the device is dry.
Womanizer Premium 2 vs Next, Classic 2 and Liberty 2
These models share air pulse; what separates them is what each adds. The Next costs ₩40,000 more and adds 3 depth levels, Climax Control and Afterglow on top of the same 14 air pulse levels. If you want to change how deep the sensation reaches, not just how strong it is, the Next fits.
The Classic 2 is ₩90,000 less, air pulse only, with 10 levels at 109g. The Classic 2 has Afterglow in place of Smart Silence and Autopilot. The Liberty 2 is ₩130,000 less, with 8 levels at 90g, the lightest of the four.
