The head cap can be swapped on both models. What ships in the box differs. PREMIUM 2 comes with the medium cap fitted and a small cap included separately, and small, medium and large caps can be bought on their own. LIBERTY 2's box holds the device, the manual and the magnetic charging cable; another cap size is bought separately. Head size is what decides whether the seal forms, so for a first device it matters more than it looks.

PREMIUM 2 is the one that makes no sound while not in use — Smart Silence sends pulses only when the head is against skin. Hold (+) and (−) together for 2 seconds to switch the feature on or off. Neither model carries a noise figure.
Is LIBERTY 2 with 8 steps weaker than PREMIUM 2?
The step count is not strength; it is how many divisions the range has. LIBERTY 2's eight steps run from delicate to intense, and PREMIUM 2 divides the same range into fourteen so each step changes less. If you want to fine-tune the intensity, more steps suit you.
How does Autopilot on PREMIUM 2 work?
Hold the Autopilot button for 3 seconds to switch it on. Inside the intensity range you picked, the stimulation changes unpredictably, and each press cycles through the Soft, Medium and Intense patterns in turn. Hold for 3 seconds again to switch it off.
Can I travel with LIBERTY 2?
