The Enhance adds vibration to air pulse (Pleasure Air). Suction and air waves carry the sensation without friction, and a solid vibration runs alongside it to fill in what a single kind of stimulation left out. There is no insertable part; it is used externally, with the head resting on the body.

The key is the separate motors. Air pulse runs across 10 levels and vibration across 10 levels, each with its own buttons, and 10 vibration patterns sit on top — so you can run air pulse alone, vibration alone, or the two together in whatever mix you like. Turn either one down to level 0 and only that function switches off.

The controls are the air pulse (+)(-) buttons, the vibration (+)(-) buttons and the pattern button, with an LED indicator showing the status. Because air pulse and vibration each have their own buttons, you can change one without touching the other.

1. Power on and off — hold the air pulse (+) button for 2 seconds to switch on; hold the (-) button to switch off.
2. Air pulse intensity — each short press of the air pulse (+) or (-) moves one level, from 1 up to 10. At level 0 the air pulse switches off. Start low with the head resting lightly, then build up slowly.
3. Vibration intensity — the vibration (+) and (-) buttons work the same way, from 1 up to 10, one level at a time. At level 0 the vibration switches off, so leave it there when you want air pulse alone.
4. Vibration patterns — each short press of the pattern button moves to the next of the 10 vibration patterns in order.

The Enhance is IPX7 fully waterproof, and the official Womanizer method is to wash it switched on, submerged in warm water. It has no replaceable head cap, so there is no cap to take off — wash it as one piece.

1. Unplug the charging cable and switch the device off.
2. Spray a toy cleaner into the head, reaching the inside, and leave it for a moment.
3. Switch the air pulse to the highest level and hold the device in warm water for 1 minute. The running air waves push water through every corner inside.
4. Lift it out, shake it gently, and keep it running until you no longer hear water, then switch off.
5. Wipe it dry with a cloth, and once fully dry store it in the pouch away from direct sunlight.

Charging is magnetic USB. Always detach the cable before washing, and charge only once the device is dry.

The models to weigh against the Enhance are the Premium 2, which is air pulse only, and the Vibe, which is vibration only. The Enhance puts the two kinds of stimulation in one device and lets you set each on its own.

The Premium 2 costs ₩20,000 more and works on air pulse alone, with no vibration, across 14 levels at 130g. The Premium 2 has Smart Silence, Autopilot and Standby, and the Premium 2 takes a replaceable head cap. If you want to focus on air pulse and have the automatic features as well, the Premium 2 fits.

The Vibe costs ₩40,000 less and works on vibration alone, with no air pulse — 10 levels and 3 patterns at 142g. If air pulse is new to you or vibration on its own is enough, the Vibe fits. The Enhance runs 10 air pulse levels and 10 vibration levels with 10 patterns on separate motors, so if you want the two kinds of stimulation in a different mix from day to day, it is the Enhance.
