Does the Enhance do insertion too?

The Enhance is a model built around air-pulse suction. If you want insertion as well, look at the Blend, the Duo 2 or the Next Duo.

Will the invoice say it is an adult product?

It will not. Sexual wellness products are written on the invoice as an encrypted code, and the item is wrapped several times in cushioning so it cannot be seen.

How do I clean it?

It is fully waterproof to IPX7, so you can submerge it in water to wash it. The materials are medical-grade silicone and ABS.

What happens if it breaks?

Registering the product gets you a 3-year warranty. It charges over a magnetic USB connection.

They say the vibration is strong — can I use it gently too?

There are 10 intensity levels, so you can start at the low end. One review reads “The vibration is so strong it really does take you to paradise”, and the Enhance carries separate motors for the suction head and the vibration so the two are set independently.
