Dame's official distributor in Korea is AROOO, and only AROOO. Dame is a premium sexual wellness brand out of New York.
Why that single line matters becomes clear in the warning at the end of the original notice — sellers outside the authorised list hold no formal distribution agreement with Dame. With no agreement, there is nobody to confirm the item is genuine and nobody to honour a warranty claim.
Buying through the official distributor route brings four things with it.
- A warranty and after-sales service of up to three years
- An authenticity mark included in the box
- Occasional limited discount events
- Dependable packing and secure delivery
The one that only shows itself long after the purchase is the after-sales service. The up-to-three-year warranty applies to items bought through the official distributor route, so two purchases that looked the same on the day split apart the moment something goes wrong.
If you want to be sure an item is genuine, check it against these four. They are the whole list of places selling officially authorised Dame products.
- AROOO Store — the official store
- The Jagimanuibang app
- Bangah Space
- The Bareunsaenggak online store
⚠️ Sellers outside those four hold no formal distribution agreement with Dame, and neither authenticity nor warranty can be assured.
The photos and the product name may look the same. The split comes after the purchase — whether an authenticity mark comes in the box, and whether the warranty of up to three years is there when you need it. That is why, with a Dame toy, the seller is worth checking before the model.
